We have been certificated to the ISO/IEC 20000 standard since December 2008 to provide the following: ‘The management and provision of IT services covering on-site and field based maintenance and repair, service desk, infrastructure monitoring and management, hardware lifecycle management, cloud services, network infrastructure and professional services.
The accreditation is awarded for our entire company, including our lifecycle services and Bournemouth data centre facility.
With the growth in our customer base using ecommerce, we’ve enhanced the security of their offerings by becoming PCI DSS compliant, the Payment Card Industry data security standard set up to help businesses process card payments securely and reduce card fraud.
Our services teams are trained to ITIL Foundation Level as a minimum, with key staff receiving additional training to reflect their role within the service management structure.
